Uncooked cookie recipe

Here is a recipe I found for uncooked cookies (one you don't need an oven to make). This is useful when you don't want the cooking process to destroy active ingredients..

119 mls (1/2 cup) milk
1 tsp. vanilla
64gms (1/2 cup) sweetened cocoa
390gms (3 cups) oatmeal
64gms (1/2 cup) coconut

Bring to a rolling boil butter, milk, vanilla, sweetened cocoa in a saucepan. Boil 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add: oatmeal and coconut.

Mix all ingredients . Either drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on waxed paper or place in  buttered pan and cut into cookie bars when cooled.

You can add chocolate chips (to tastes) to your cookies before cooling.
